⏳ Production Timelines and Harvest Over the Holidays

Howdy Neighbors,
We hope the holidays were the merriest of times for you all. Even when the cold—or warm—winter winds blow, work on the farm never stops. This fall harvest has come and gone, so we’ve been gearing up for next year’s big Fall Festival!
Production Update: Fall Festival
Since the campaign ended, we’ve been laying out festive designs and sampling wood components and packaging. Final files were delivered earlier this month and we’ve also been working with Panda, our manufacturer, on nice recyclable packaging for the add-ons here. Everything is coming together nicely and currently on time :) We'll share pics of samples as we get the next round in.
Our next manufacturing step will happen in about a month. The factory will send us the first printed copy of the game off the line to do a final review before full assembly.
Pledge Manager & Late Pledges
In the meantime, we’re also working on getting the Pledge Manager stood up on BackerKit. Don’t worry, we’ll send another update in more detail. We've also got Late Pledge options inbound. If you know anyone who wanted to back the campaign and missed their chance, we will be opening up those late pledges later this week.

Wow, wow, wow! As the campaign came to a close today, we celebrated festively and rested for a moment 😀 Thank you so much for bringing this expansion above and beyond our expectations. We had nearly 2,000 returning backers and over 850 new backers! Welcome aboard, we think you're going to love Furroughfield and all the festival has to offer!
And though the wait begins, we cannot wait for you to play. In case you missed the livestream last night and want to know more, you can check out the playthrough here.
What's Next
You can expect monthly updates from us from here on out. Our team is hard at work finalizing production files to get this game ready for print. We've already been sampling the wood with our manufacturer (Panda Game Manufacturing), so our goal is to land files within a month. We are also working on getting the Pledge Manager ready for you and will send out updates accordingly.
For you, you can relax, take the ferris wheel for a spin, and grab a delicious pie! We'll take it from here 🎡 We'll share samples of the production along the way and make sure every part of the game is singing. In the meantime, let’s stay in touch!

Thanks for the outpouring of comments on that last update! It's so helpful to see the responses. With that info, we've added the Original Promo Characters as a $12 Add-On for the Campaign / Pledge Manager. As a reminder too, if you are only interested in the Circle Score Markers these are included for free alongside the Fix-It Kit in the Expansion Tier.

Last 36 Hours! Promo Reveal, Livestream, and More...

Howdy Furroughfielders!
We're entering those final days where the end of a harvest season is in sight, but there's still important work left to do! We've got three simple things in this update. First up is our last promo reveal of these lovely costumed characters:
Good ole' Mick is bringing up the rear as a Jewel Thief! Tierra Connor, the artist behind Harvest, continues to build out so much wonder and whimsy with these characters. Mick also feels like a perfect tribute to our other two-player world of heisting in Caper: Europe. We're continuing to finalize their abilities—playing into the theme of their costume. We can't wait for you to experience 'em.
Join Us for a Livestream!
Mark your calendars if you want to watch a livestream of the new expansion hosted by Tabletop Express! Trey and Darren will be joining Chris of Tabletop Express to see who brings in the biggest Harvest and has the most fun at the festival. We'll share a link in an update tomorrow as the livestream nears. In the meantime, feel free to check out their behind-the-scenes interview with Trey.
Help Us Decide about this Character Promo Add-On
There have been some comments requesting the original Promo Characters above as an Add-On in the campaign. We didn't realize how much interest there would be and we hoped our trade-up system* to get a Golden Edition covered this need. *The trade up system allows you to donate your copy of Harvest for $40 toward the Golden Edition.
It sounds like there is still desire for these as an Add-On. When we are creating a new item, we want to check and make sure there is enough demand to warrant the time and resources spent to manage and support it well. If you interested in this Character Promo Add-On, please comment below and let us know :) It will be extremely helpful to our team. We will make a call in the next update (around the 24-hour mark) to let you know if we can include these as an Add-On in Kickstarter / the Pledge Manager. The price of this would come in at $11.99. Note: If you are backing the Golden Edition, you are getting all of this included in that tier.

Wow! What a weekend! We were so excited to be able to bring more Harvest to all of you. Over 2,340 folks have already gotten on board to head back to Furroughfield and make this dream a reality. It was so encouraging to see the comments come in on the last update. Thank you :)
Taking It to the Streets
We’re packing this Kickstarter with as much fun stuff as we can think of, and the Street Fair mini-expansion is something that shakes up the core and adds a lot variety to plays. We've gotten good questions around it, so let's dive in and reveal what's inside:
It is a Mini-Expansion, but it's impact feels massive. Each of these little tiles should truly change up your strategies game-to-game, and it’s coming FREE with every tier that includes Harvest: Fall Festival.
