Fall is officially here and we’re ready for cozy autumn evenings playing games, eating delicious pie, and marveling at the gorgeous changing leaves.
Harvest: Fall Festival is arriving just in time to be a part of your upcoming cozy game nights. Fulfillment is in full swing all around the world and many backers already have their copies in hand.
Here are the latest updates on each region’s fulfillment and when you can expect to receive your game.
United States

Asia
Fulfillment is underway! Games are packed and making their way to VFI’s local distribution partners, who will then ship your games directly to you. These regions have varied shipping times that can take as long as 90 days for final delivery. You can track the fulfillment status in your region here.
Oceania
Fulfillment is underway! If you haven’t received a tracking email by October 10, 2025, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help.
Europe
Fulfillment is underway! Spiral Galaxy has sent out confirmation emails to everyone, so keep an eye on your inbox for yours. Packages should start arriving next week!

📦 Update on Harvest: Fall Festival Shipping

We’ve been so excited to see more and more copies of Harvest: Fall Festival making their way to backers all over! Today we’re back with more updates on each region’s fulfillment and when you can expect to receive your game.
Remember to keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping notification! We’ll send out tracking information via BackerKit as soon as it’s available. If you’re signed up for delivery notifications through your carrier, you may get tracking information from them, too.
United States
Wave one of fulfillment is complete! If you completed your BackerKit survey before the March 31, 2025 deadline and haven’t received a tracking number, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help.
If you finished your BackerKit survey after March 31, 2025, your package will ship with the next wave of fulfillment. We’ll share more information on wave two of fulfillment soon. If you have questions in the meantime, you can reach out to us at [email protected].
Canada
Fulfillment is complete! If you haven’t received either your package or a tracking number, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help.
Asia
Fulfillment is underway! Games are packed and shipping out to VFI’s local distribution partners, who will then ship your games directly to you. These regions have varied shipping times that can take as long as 90 days for final delivery. You can track the fulfillment status in your region here.
Oceania
Fulfillment is just on the horizon! We received word from our fulfillment partner that they’ve added Harvest: Fall Festival to their fulfillment queue. We expect packages to start shipping out the week of September 15th.
Keep an eye out for an email from Let’s Play Games! They’ll reach out to you to confirm your address before shipping your package.
Europe
Games bound for Spiral Galaxy have arrived at port. They took longer than expected to arrive. Our team and Spiral Galaxy are working closely to get those games to the warehouse quickly and to start fulfillment. We expect that to start no later than the week of September 29th.

More and more copies of Harvest: Fall Festival are making their way to backers! We wanted to share a quick timeline update on when to expect your pledge.
United States
Our fulfillment partner in the US, Broad Street Warehouse, has been rocking it this past week! They’ve already sent 97% of orders out the door. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking information and on your porch for that sweet festival to arrive.

We know this last bit of the journey can sometimes feel like the slowest part. We really appreciate your patience as we work on getting games to you as quickly and safely as we can. Below you’ll find updates on each region’s progress and the latest estimates on when your game will ship.

Your games have arrived at the warehouse and we’re preparing for fulfillment right now. Packages will start shipping in August and we expect all of them to ship out by August 31, 2025. Asia
Your games have arrived at VFI’s warehouse and we’re preparing for fulfillment right now. Soon, they’ll ship them out to their local distribution partners. Those partners will then ship your games directly to you!
These regions have varied shipping times that can take as long as 90 days for final delivery. We expect to start fulfillment in August. You can track the fulfillment status in your region here.
Oceania
Games have arrived safely at the warehouse. We're working through some final logistics before fulfillment can start, and we’ll share an update as soon as we have a confirmed start date.
Europe
Games are en route and expected to arrive at port this month. Once they’re processed at the port and delivered to the warehouse, games will start shipping out!

Ships have started sailing around the world, which means we have new timeline updates to share! We also have some next steps on how to get your credit for upgrading to Harvest Golden Edition.
Let’s dig in.
Ships Have Started Sailing!
Our timeline is broken out by regions below. Here’s a look at what each region can expect:
United States
We’re partnering with Broad Street Warehouse for US fulfillment. The ship from China arrived this week and your games are now headed to Atlanta by rail. We expect to start shipping games to you in August!
Canada
We’re partnering with Universal Distribution Toronto for Canadian fulfillment. The ship with your games is on the way right now and will arrive later this month. We expect to start shipping games to you in August!
Asia
We’re partnering with VFI and since they’re so close to Panda, those games will have a quick trip to their warehouse. Once they pick them up, they’ll ship them out to local distribution partners. Those partners will then ship your games directly to you! These regions have varied shipping times that can take as long as 90 days for final delivery.
Oceania
We’re partnering with Let’s Play Games for fulfillment to Australia and New Zealand, and we have a ship booked to deliver your games to them. When US tariffs decreased and products stuck in China were able to ship out (more on that here), it increased demand and shipping times. Like many others, this ship was delayed. We expect it to depart from China soon and your games should start shipping in August.
Europe
We’re partnering with Spiral Galaxy Games for fulfillment in the UK, EU, and the rest of Europe. We have a ship booked to deliver your games to them and will be headed there soon. We expect fulfillment to start in August!
How to Get Your Credit for Upgrading to Golden Edition
Already have the retail edition of Harvest and backed a copy of Harvest Golden Edition? You're eligible for a $40 credit when you donate your copy of the retail edition to a local charity or public enriching organization.
Now that we’re close to fulfillment, it’s time to start processing credits! We’ll start processing them after August 5, 2025. We recommend you go ahead and fill out your form now so you’re all set for when we start.
Here are the steps you need to take to get your credit:
- Donate your retail edition of Harvest to a local charity or public enriching organization. If you aren’t familiar with a charity in your area, you can also donate to a local board game café, library, or school.
- Make sure to collect a donation receipt from wherever you donate your copy.
- Fill out this form and include a picture of your donation receipt. Your credit cannot be processed without the receipt.
Our team will process your credit shortly after receiving your form. The credit will be refunded to the method of payment you used for your pledge. Once processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to come through to your account.
Please note: Once your credit has been processed, we can no longer cancel your pledge for Harvest Golden Edition.
